On Monday September 23, 2019 Minister of National Security the Honourable Stuart R. Young M.P. held a Media Conference to update the public on weather conditions in Trinidad and Tobago.

Minister Young was accompanied by Minister of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries Senator the Honourable Clarence Rambharat; Minister of Works and Transport Senator the Honourable Rohan Sinanan; Minister of Rural Development and Local Government Senator the Honourable Kazim Hosein and Minister of Public Utilities Senator the Honourable Robert La Hunte.
