Scotland, business lobby to battle extortion issue

Keith Scotland has invited Chaguanas businessmen to collaborate with him to come up with a plan to fight back against extortionists.
Speaking at a function hosted by the Chaguanas Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Minister in the National Security Ministry gave his commitment that resources will be deployed to keep them safe.
