Fire in a tower under construction in Fuerte Tiuna

A fire broke out last night in Fuerte Tiuna, one of the main military complexes in the countryspecifically in a tower of Simón Rodríguez urban planning, near checkpoint 5.

Civil Protection officials and Capital District Firefighters went to the scene to control the flames.

“Officials from the National Risk Management System directly attend to the fire that is generated in the Simón Rodríguez urban development of Fuerte Tiuna, where they direct the pertinent actions to combat it and prevent its spread,” Civil Protection reported on social networks. .

The Capital District Firefighters reported this Friday about the situation: “(We responded) to the call in the Coche parish, Fuerte Tiuna, Simón Rodríguez urban planning, adjacent to the Arañero de Sabaneta school.”

He also indicated that A commission of rescuers managed to completely extinguish the flames.

No deaths or injuries were reported due to this incident, since The site is vacated because it is a tower under construction. Although authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the fire.
