PM ON POLICE KILLINGS BAD DECISIONS WERE MADE

It appears that bad decisions were made. The words of Head of the National Security Council, Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley today, days after a total of nine people, four of them teenagers, were killed in two separate police-involved shootings. Dr. Rowley is advising young people to make better decisions, as he notes, the police are trained to shoot, and even kill. Rynessa Cutting reports.
