Man crushed to death by truck
A 34-year-old man was crushed to death on Sunday afternoon by a truck he was repairing at the time.
The deceased has been identified as Garvin Mungroo of Harmony Hall in Gasparillo.
According to reports, Garvin was under a dump truck doing some mechanical work when the chassis of the vehicle fell on him.
Guardian Media understands that another man—identified as Kelly Mungroo—used a forklift to raise the chassis and pull Garvin from under the truck.
He was taken to the San Fernando General Hospital but later died from his injuries.
