3 men wounded in Maloney shooting
Three men in Maloney were wounded when gunmen shot at them on Wednesday night.
According to reports, around 7:20 on Wednesday night, the victims—aged 23, 24 and 28 years—were liming at a house at the corner of Plover and Keskidee Drive in Maloney Gardens, when a car stopped and two men armed with guns came out and shot at them.
The gunmen then drove off leaving the three men with wounds that were not life threatening.
One of the men was grazed on the right thigh, while another was shot in the left shin. The third victim was grazed in the left hand.
Police officers took one victim to the Arima General Hospital.
However, the other two refused their help and said they would attend to their injuries in their own time.
