Tobago has recorded its 25th murder.

At around 8:05 am on Sunday, first responders received a report of a body found along Lighthouse Road, Crown Point. Upon arrival, they observed the lifeless body of man clad in a black vest and dark coloured short pants with a wound to the neck.
