Relatives of schoolboy struck by van demand justice

Relatives of 7-year-old Jahiem Samaroo, who was struck by a van on his way to school, are not prepared to forgive the driver.

His father, Clint Rogers, says Jahiem’s two older siblings were nearby when he was knocked down.

The incident has led Arrive Alive to renew its call for a reduction in the residential speed limit.
