Hinds blames public for high murder rate

National Security Minister Fitzgerald Hinds is pointing fingers at the public for the country recording over 500 murders.
Both Minister Hinds and fellow Minister in the Ministry of National Security, Keith Scotland, have been criticised for the escalating crime rate.
But while the population looks to the Government for answers, Hinds says the buck does not stop at their doorstep.
