KFC Trinidad and Tobago has received two honors at the KFC Latin America and Caribbean 2024 Awards.
KFC T&T was recognised for Top Performance in Kiosk Growth and Best of Show Remodels.
Additionally, it was nominated among the top three markets for Drive-Thru Excellence and Harvest (Corporate Social Responsibility).
Simon Hardy, chief executive officer of Prestige Holdings, the franchise holder, commented to the Express:
“These awards are a reflection of our investments in great people who demonstrate an ability to really make a difference on an internationally-recognised level. Secondly, they demonstrate the level of hard-money investments in infrastructure and technology all with the aim of elevating the customer experience and bringing the best in restaurant design and technology to the people of Trinidad & Tobago. In its unaudited results for the nine months ending August 31, Prestige Holdings’ chairman, Christian Mouttet, noted that the company is on track with its store image enhancement program, having remodeled or relocated eight stores in the first nine months of the year.
Mouttet said they are expected to complete an additional five remodels by the end of the financial year
“During the Third Quarter we relocated two restaurants, KFC and Subway San Juan, and ended the period with 136 restaurants,” he stated.
Of these136 restaurants, approximately 60 are KFC locations.
Prestige Holdings is also the franchise holder for TGI Fridays, Subway, Pizza Hut and Starbucks.
Earlier this year, KFC T&T introduced kiosks at several of its outlets.
