Former Nat. Security Minister Recommends More Police Foot Patrols

Former National Security Minister Dr Keith Mondesir is questioning the practicality of St. Lucia following Trinidad and Tobago and allowing persons to report certain classes of crimes. Dr. Mondesir does not think the online platform will work here as many persons who may require the service are not tech savvy.
