Scotland to help Hinds in National Security
A “distracted” National Security Minister has forced Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley to appoint a Junior Minister with Responsibility for the Police Service. Dr Rowley made the announcement at a post-cabinet media briefing on Thursday as he lamented rising crime as well as problems plaguing the TTPS.
