The Airports in their national and international terminals are working normally despite the blackoutaccording to the Minister of Transport, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán.

The official said on Friday that airports have sufficient fuel reserves to continue operations.

Araguayán, according to Unión Radio, indicated that 250 Metrobús buses have been made available in Caracas to transport users from Zona Rental to Las Adjuntas, Zoológico, Palo Verde and La Rinconada.

He also said that the San Agustín metrocable is operating normally because they have sufficient gasoline reserves.

“The tolls where we have the possibility of supplying electricity with plants are operating without any problem. We heard the Minister of Defense reporting tranquility in our country’s border network,” he added.

Earlier, the Minister of Communication and Information, Freddy Ñañez, reported that surface travel protocols were also activated in the state of Miranda.

Ñáñez said the transportation service will be free.

Araguaian He stressed that transportation is provided on the following routes:

  • Rental Zone-Las Adjuntas
  • Rental Zone-Zoo
  • Rental Zone-Palo Verde
  • Rental Zone-La Rinconada
  • Rental-Propatria Zone.

“The entire Metrobús platform is dedicated to providing this service,” he said.
