Tobago Festivals Commission gets a new CEO

The Tobago Festivals Commission (TFC) has announced the appointment of its new CEO, Kern Cowan.

In a media release, the TFC said that Cowan previously served as the Executive Coordinator of the Shaw Park Complex and brings to the company over 15 years experience in event promotion and management.

He took up the position on September 1.

The TFC noted that Cowan’s focus will be on communicating the importance of the orange economy and the island’s creative sector.

Cowan takes over from Janelle Drysdale-Job who was appointed acting CEO last December.
