Deybi Flores Starts for Honduras in this FIFA Window

Toronto FC’s Deybi Flores was called up by the Honduras national team to represent his country in the CONCACAF Nations League competition for North and Central America. In Group B, Honduras faces Nicaragua, Cuba, Jamaica, French Guiana, and Trinidad and Tobago.

His defensive presence was solid as well, winning 3 out of 5 ground duels, highlighting his defensive contributions for Honduras. His performance with Toronto FC has clearly translated to a strong showing for his national team.

Honduras’ next match, where Flores is expected to start again, is against Jamaica on September 10, before returning to MLS action with Toronto FC.
