Prisons Commissioner: Cell Phone Use By Prisoners Not Unique To Trinidad And Tobago

Prisons Commissioner Gerard Wilson has reiterated that cell phone use by prisoners is not unique to Trinidad and Tobago.

An investigation was launched on Thursday into a video on social media which appears to depict prisoners sharing food while in a prison cell.

He spoke on the issue at the Ministry of National Security’s Sports and Family Day.
