Operation Strike Back – Northern Division 23.01.2019
Operation Strike Back (OSB) exercises conducted early yesterday in the Arima, Morvant and Tunapuna districts, have resulted in 16 persons being arrested in connection with firearm, narcotics and robbery offences.
Two firearms and 131 rounds of ammunition were seized, while 1000 fully grown marijuana plants and 1500 seedlings were destroyed, during today’s operation.
The exercises, which took place in the Northern Division, were spearheaded by ACPs McDonald Jacob and Jayson Forde, and included officers of the Inter-Agency Task Force and Port of Spain Division.
