Prague rejects Caracas’ accusations of plan against Maduro
Prague on Wednesday rejected Caracas’ accusations about alleged involvement in plans to overthrow the government of Nicolás Maduro, local news agency CTK reports.

Last week, Venezuelan authorities arrested two Spanish citizens, three Americans and a Czech, accusing them of trying to destabilize the political situation in the country and planning the assassination of some of its political representatives, including Maduro.
Prague has asked Caracas in a letter for detailed information on the case.
According to the NeovlivnÃ.cz portal, the detained Czech is Jan Darmovzal33 years old, active reservist of the 43rd Parachute Regiment of the Czech Army.
Before joining the Armed Forces, he worked for five years in Singapore, from where he studied law by distance learning at the University of London and, upon his return to the Czech Republic, he worked as a civil servant.
