Tarek William Saab requests arrest warrant against Milei
Tarek William Saab, Attorney General of the Republic, announced this Wednesday that the Public Ministry assigned two prosecutors to transact Arrest warrants issued against Argentine President Javier Milei; the general secretary of the presidency, Karina Milei, and the Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, for the seizure of the Emtrasur plane from Conviasa airline.
«The Public Prosecutor’s Office opened an investigation into the Milei government based on international law. The first case is the Emtrasur plane case. For all the reasons stated and reported above, the MP announces the assignment of two specialized prosecutors in the matter, who are carrying out the pertinent diligence of the case and are processing the arrest warrant against the following citizens: Javier Milei, Karina Milei and Patricia Bullrich. They are a mockery of Argentine justice,» said Saab.
Saab calls neo-Nazi Milei
The Chavista official He called him a fascist and a neo-Nazi Milei and pointed out that “he is sending some bloodhounds to offend Venezuelan institutions.”
“He is a thief who steals planes. The plane that was stolen was used for humanitarian work,” he said.

Emtrasur plane case
The aircraft landed in Argentina in June 2022 with a crew of 5 Iranians and 14 Venezuelanswho were initially detained by the Argentine justice system and later released due to lack of evidence of the crime of financing terrorist activities.
The plane was owned by the Iranian airline Mahan Air and currently belonged to Emtrasur Cargo, a subsidiary of the Venezuelan state-owned company. Conviasacompanies that are sanctioned by the United States Department of the Treasury.
On February 11, the Argentine government transferred custody of the Boeing 747 to the United States pursuant to an order of the District Court of Columbia (USA).

At the end of February, Nicolás Maduro said that the aircraft was broken into piecesand that “they took away the color of the flag” of the country, in addition to erasing the name of Emtrasur.
