Analyst wary about new political alliance talks

One political analyst is expressing wariness over the United National Congress’ potential alliance with smaller political parties and trade unions, in preparation for the upcoming general election.

Dr Bishnu Ragoonath has questioned the viability of partnering with the various labour groups and other parties, including the Progressive Empowerment Party, Movement for National Development and the Congress of the People.
