Bandits rob Valencia mini mart of cash, cellphones and bottled water

Two men robbed a 17-year-old girl of $300 and two bottles of water in Valencia on Saturday.

According to police reports, the victim was selling at her family’s mini-mart along New Valencia Avenue when the two men entered around 3:45 p.m.

The men asked for two bottles of water. As the teenager was about to hand them over, one of the men pointed a firearm in her direction, announced a robbery, and took two mobile phones, $300, and the two bottles of water before fleeing the scene.
