Body of a teenager found in Nuevo Circo
On Sunday afternoon, the body of a teenager was found in the Curamichate sector of Nuevo Circo, in Caracas.
Police sources indicated that The body of the victim, dark-skinned and approximately 14 years old, was naked and tied up..
They presume that she was killed somewhere else and then her body was dumped on a corner next to the Nuevo Circo terminal.
A black bag was placed over the body and set on fire. However, the flames only consumed the plastic.
The discovery was made by a passerby, who immediately called the authorities, and a commission from the Homicide Division of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (CICPC) arrived at the scene.
The victim had no visible injuries and the cause of death was unknown. Officials from the National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences removed the body and took it to the Bello Monte morgue for the required autopsy.
Forensic detectives began their investigation.
