Cicpc arrested three men for the murder of Luis Braccal
Three men were detained due to an investigation into the death of fashion designer Luis Manuel Brito Izaguirre (58), recognized as Luis Braccal, reported this Saturday Douglas Rico, director of the Corps of Scientific Criminal and Criminal Investigations (Cicpc).
It was learned that Luis Braccal suffered a beating, which the victim herself reported on social networks, in the Paseo Las Mercedes shopping center due to an altercation in a store, where he had gone to exchange an item due to damage.
Officials from the Eastern Homicide Investigation Coordination apprehended Carlos Moisés Alejandro Avile Quiaro (25), Rhonal José Pérez Azuaje (38) and Eleazar José Graterol Salazar (40)mall security employees accused of hitting designer.
The employees “intervened violently against the victim, severely beating him, which caused his death days after the incident,” Rico said in instagram.
The arrest occurred in La Castellana and the men were placed under the command of the 98th Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry.
Luis Braccal’s relatives had requested the Public Ministry and the Cicpc to investigate the death.
The incident in the shopping center occurred on Tuesday, November 12, two days later the victim died of a heart attack. Relatives assure that the death occurred as a result of the blows received.
