Crime in Ciudad Caribia: a mother and her three children were found stabbed to death
A woman and her three minor children were found dead on the night of Saturday, August 24 on terrace A of the Ciudad Caribia residential complex, located next to the Caracas-La Guaira highway.
The victims were identified as Viviana Lilibeth Garcia, 33 years old, and her three children Eiberson Adrian Cumana Garcia, 10 years old; Emerson Aron Cumana Garcia, 7 years old; and Mia Scleisher Cumana Garcia, 5 years old.
The bodies were found after García’s mother noticed that her daughter had not come to pick up the CLAP bag at a point in the community. She tried to contact the woman by phone, but was unsuccessful, so she decided to go to the apartment. When she arrived, she found the bodies of her daughter and three grandchildren.
There are no suspects in the crime in Ciudad Caribia
Officials from the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) cordoned off the area in Ciudad Caribia, while commissions from the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (CICPC) arrived at the scene to begin the corresponding investigations.
Unofficial sources indicated that the crime occurred on Friday night and that the weapon used for the attack was a knife.according to the journalist of Sucesos Román Camacho.
The children’s father and Viviana’s ex-partner is currently in Peru, where he provides financial support to the family.
