Crime, port bottlenecks and backlogs making business community “extremely worried”
Vivek Charan, chairman of the Confederation of Regional Business Chambers, says the business community is “extremely worried” about the current crime situation in T&T following the abduction of a well-known businessman from his home.
And Dr Vaalmikki Arjoon, says Cabinet can step in and help ease some of the burden to businesses resulting from the current bottleneck and backlog at the Port and the delays in having cargo cleared.
