Kaveer wins scholarship

Against the odds of his parents’ failed marriage and the loss of his grandmother, Kaveer Bhagwandeen has overcome challenges to earn an Open Scholarship in Environmental Science. The Naparima College student is testimony that a single-parent household can achieve even the highest accolade. Radhica de Silva brings us his story.
