The appointment of Granko Arteaga, who replaces Major General Gabriel Aguana Rodríguez, was published in Official Gazette number 42,978 last Friday, October 4, 2024 with the signature of the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez and the Minister for Interior Relations, Diosdado Cabello.

Luis Ignacio Granko Arteaga has served as manager of the Regional Offices of the National Institute of Transportation and Land Transit and owns the companies Fumiservi CA and Alimentos Horizonte CAas indicated by Armando.info.
