Major Upgrades To Prisons

Several major upgrades are being implemented at the nation’s prisons, including an alarm system at the Maximum Security Prison and a possible desalination plant to solve the water woes at the Carrera Island Prison.

This is according to National Security Minister Fitzgerald Hinds while speaking at the opening of the Inmate Art Exhibition on Wednesday.
