A 35-year-old man is to be charged with the murder of Police Constable Krishna Banahar, who was killed in the line of duty on November 6th. Meantime, Minister in charge of Policing, Keith Scotland, is advising PC Banahar’s family that compensation is available. Rynessa Cutting reports
