Manuel Rosales’ head of bodyguards was arrested by the PNB

Armando Fusil, who works as head of bodyguards for the governor of the state of Zulia, Manuel Rosales, was arrested on Monday, October 7 in the morning hours by officials of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) in the Maracaibo city.
