They denounce threats from officials to relatives of political prisoners
Through social networks, the Committee for the Freedom of Political Prisoners (Clippve) denounced threats against mothers and relatives of political prisoners in Venezuela.
The organization stated that officials seek to silence complaints about the serious state of health of those detained in the prisons of Tocuyito, Tocorón, Yare III and other prisons in the country.
“Mothers and relatives report that they receive threats from officials so that they do not reveal the critical health status of their political prisoners,” the committee warned.
