Australia is the equivalent of the Wild West-parliament runs the kangaroo 🦘 courts determines outcomes before there’s even a trial~Mandatory sentencing means nothing if the perpetrator is a woman-I’m not picking on women that’s just the way it is~
Men accused of domestic violence are denied lawyers-even if English is a 5th language-where as the woman killer in the next cell gets a lawyer~
Because the government claims Domestic Violence is a civil case yet you can be convicted-jailed-&+have a permanent criminal record~Worst is you can be breached on a policy issued dvo-which carries a mandatory sentence if convicted.. but everyone knows you are innocent-you may have even called the police but it’s government policy for police to remove the male-&+issue him with a dvo-if she attacks him again in his home-&+he calls police again-he is breached on the original policy dvo.. I’ve had it happen to me over 200 times-she never been arrested across 2 states-&+ 5 towns~
