Operation Strike Back II Continues

Minister of National Security the Honourable Stuart Young, Commissioner of Police Gary Griffith and Air Commodore Darryl Daniel continued with Operation Strike Back II, which began on September 24th 2019. Today, Friday October 4th 2019 the team visited the Northern and Western Divisions.

This is a joint strategic inter-agency operation between the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) and the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force (TTDF).

Operation Strike Back II will be sustained over the next five (5) months and will deal specifically with certain Divisions in which statistics, intelligence and information show are prone to gang activity. Joint operations will continue to be conducted nationwide on a 24-hour basis, specifically in areas which are prone to gang activity.
