“Pray for me. Don’t forget.”
Those were the words of Pope Francis yesterday as he prayed a blessing over Trinidad and Tobago.
The intimate moment took place at The Vatican, Rome, Italy, where Archbishop of Port of Spain Jason Gordon attended the Sixth Synod Assembly.
Gordon recorded the intimate moment as Pope Francis, in a wheelchair, smiled, made the sign of the cross, and said, “Trinidad and Tobago, God bless you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. And pray for me, don’t forget,” Francis said.
The video was shared several times on social media and received several comments on the Archbishop’s Instagram page.
