Princes Town man shot while urinating

A 41-year-old man was injured after gunmen opened fire on him when he stopped on the side of the road to urinate in Princes Town on Sunday.
The victim stopped his black Isuzu pickup van around 1:45 am along Manahambre Road to urinate on the side of the road near Promises Bar.
However, a black vehicle pulled up alongside his vehicle and two masked men approached. The victim heard two loud explosions and felt a burning sensation on his hands. Fearful for his life, he drove to the Princes Town Police Station and made a report. 
The police took him to the Princes Town District Health Facility where he was treated and later transferred to the San Fernando General Hospital. He suffered two wounds under his left arm and two wounds to his right hand.
Princes Town Police are investigating.
