PSA promises more fight following Privy Council judgment

The Privy Council has cleared the way for the establishment of the Trinidad and Tobago Revenue Authority as it struck out the public services association’s claim of it being unconstitutional. 
Shortly after the British Law-Lords delivered their judgment, the PSA revealed that it would be heading back to the court to continue its legal battle against the TTRA. Jensen La Vende reports.
