Rains in Venezuela cause havoc in several states
In several states of Venezuela, rivers and streams overflowed, as well as streets that were flooded due to heavy rains on Sunday.
In the Macarao parish in Caracas, it was reported that the Los Angelinos stream overflowed and took at least one car with it. In videos posted on social media, the anguish of the residents of the area was evident.
