If you missed it this weekend, the Comet C/2023 A3 may still be visible this week, weather permitting. President of the Caribbean Institute of Astronomy (CARINA), Mr. Isa Mohammed, posted instructions on their Facebook page for viewing the comet this evening. “You need a clear view of the western horizon. You can start looking after sunset, you might have to wait till about 6:20 before the sky darkens enough to see it. Venus will be most easily visible, and is your main marker. The comet would be a ‘hand span’ away to the right of Venus.”
