Tobago bandleaders anxious about October Carnival budget

With less than a month to go before Tobago’s Carnival, bandleaders are growing anxious over the lack of a finalised budget and limited marketing. They’ve already invested millions of dollars in costumes, and while some hotels on the island recorded high levels of occupancy for the period,  they’re starting to experience cancellations as revellers pull-out over flight unavailability.
Now hoteliers are worried that the sea and air bridges may not meet the demand. Elizabeth Gonzales has details.
