Tobago man shot while fixing car stereo

A To­ba­go man was shot in the neck and cheek by a gun­man while fix­ing a car stereo last night.

Re­ports are that Aki­no George, of Mt Grace, was shot near Dal­more Ed­ward’s Su­per­mar­ket on North­side Road, Ma­son Hall, around 11 pm. The at­tack­er fled the scene, and George was rushed to the Scar­bor­ough Hos­pi­tal by neigh­bours.

He re­mains in crit­i­cal but sta­ble con­di­tion.

Po­lice of­fi­cers, in­clud­ing PC Phillip and CID in­ves­ti­ga­tors, vis­it­ed the scene and the hos­pi­tal.

In­ves­ti­ga­tions are on­go­ing.
