There’s another chance of heavy showers or thunderstorms today, so exercise caution, in flood-prone areas.

Trinidad & Tobago, Windwards and the Southern Leewards

Mainly hot and sunny despite the isolated shower. There is the low to medium (30% to 60%) chance of the heavier shower or thunderstorm developing during the afternoon near hilly and Western areas of Trinidad.

Nighttime is expected to be mostly fair but warm. Gusty winds and street flooding are possible in the vicinity of heavy downpours! Localized ponding can occur in areas so prone.

 

Southern Windwards

Partly cloudy with few showers and isolated thunderstorm activity. Some improvement can be expected towards late afternoon/early evening despite the lingering shower.
