Trinidad and Tobago’s weather: Hazy, showers from late morning

Here’s a look at the weather courtesy the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service.

For the period today until midnight, initial sunny and slightly hazy conditions will give way to increasing cloudiness and occasional light to moderate showers from late morning. During afternoon into evening, some of these showers could get heavy and thundery.

Conditions will settle thereafter, despite the lingering isolated shower. Gusty winds and street/flash flooding may occur in/near heavy showers/thunderstorms.

There will be varying concentrations of Saharan dust present. People sensitive to these changes should take the necessary precautions.
