Persons with disabilities are merely persons who utilise their abilities differently. At the National Centre for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD) the most important lesson is ‘See the Ability not the Disability’. The NCPD offers employment opportunities to many differently-abled persons, as well as certified skills training courses that allow complete integration into society.
