The TTFA, led by president Kieron Edwards, joined with the fans in attendance at Tuesday’s nations league match between Trinidad and Tobago and French Guiana, in celebrating the contributions of St Clair, Peter Granville, Meena Dickinson, George Terry Joseph and Terry Williams.

Best known of them all is St Clair, a former national head coach, and a guiding light for generations of schoolboy players at the former Signal Hill Senior Comprehensive.

“His contributions to the beautiful game are immeasurable,” the TTFA said in a statement. “We expressed  our heartfelt appreciation for this iconic coach whose legacy continues to inspire.”
