WASA to fix defective pump at Valsayn A Booster on Friday
Parts of St Joseph, San Juan and Santa Cruz will see a disruption in their water supply on Friday, while a defective pump is being replaced at the Valsayn A Booster Station.
An advisory from the Water and Sewerage Authority explains that the water supply disruption will be from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, tomorrow (Friday 6th September 2024).
Affected areas include along the EMR from St. Joseph to Aranguez Main Road, San Juan (including Champs Fleurs and Mt Lambert), and Upper & Lower Santa Cruz.
Once the repair work is complete, WASA says it may take up to 12 hours for the supply to normalize to some affected areas.
Customers are advised that a limited truck borne service will be available upon request. Requests can be made through the following self-service options:
• WASA Services App available via the Play Store or Apple store; or
• Customer Portal available on the Authority’s website: www.wasa.gov.tt.
