Women’s America’s Cup racing delayed a day

The Barcelona weather conditions have again impacted racing with AC37 organisers postponing the Group B Puig Women’s America’s Cup racing until tomorrow, 8 October, meaning Andoo Team Australia will have a morning start in the final qualifying fleet races against the other 5 Invited Teams.


With the team currently sitting third place on the points score, they need to retain a top three spot to go through to the Friday, 11 October semi-final.


The Group A America’s Cup teams are scheduled to race in the afternoon tomorrow, 8 October so a semi-final field of 6 national teams should be decided by the end of the day.
