Power outages reported in Caracas and 15 states
On Tuesday night, a power outage affected parts of Caracas and at least 15 states in the country. Citizens reported on social media that the power outage had occurred since 7:30 pm.
Among the affected states are: Zulia, Falcon, Lara, Carabobo, Merida, Tachira, Miranda, New Esparta, Sucre, Guarico, Bolivar, Aragua, La GuairaTrujillo and Yaracuy.

In some areas, power was quickly restored, while others are still without electricity.

In Caracas, the areas that are without electricity are The town of Chacaito is a small town in the province of Altamira, in the province of San Luis Potosí, in the province of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Eastern Meadows, Santa Inés, La California and Petare.
In the west of the city, Caricuao, La Vega and El Paraíso were also reported to be affected.
